These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and bos188 ("Platform"). This document governs all aspects of the relationship between the user and the platform, including account registration, use of services, financial transactions, acceptance of bonuses, and all betting activities conducted through bos188.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing the bos188 website, or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them. This acceptance also covers the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

To use the bos188 platform, a user must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

bos188 reserves the right at any time to request age or identity verification from any user. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified period may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Each user is permitted to hold only one bos188 account. Holding multiple accounts by the same user — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses or device information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information, including:

• Full name as per a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active mobile number that can be contacted.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• A strong and unique password for the bos188 account.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their password and account login details. bos188 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

bos188 provides several deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM30 regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM100. bos188 does not charge any processing fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 30 minutes. However, bos188 reserves the right to extend this period in situations that require additional security checks or user identity verification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name.
• bos188 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for compliance review before releasing the amount.
• Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or use third-party payment methods may result in account suspension.

bos188 offers a range of bonus offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to set wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn.

The bos188 welcome bonus provides a 120% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000.
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM900 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including registering multiple accounts, using betting techniques designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other users — is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

All bets placed through bos188 are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation is made. bos188 will not accept requests to cancel a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of clear technical error.

bos188 reserves the right to void bets or declare wagers invalid in the following situations:

• There is a clear error in the odds or multipliers displayed.
• A bet is placed based on information not yet publicly announced (insider information).
• The betting event is forced to be postponed, cancelled or materially altered.
• There is evidence of bet manipulation or fraud involving the account in question.

In all live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo, the dealer's or system's decision is final and cannot be challenged.

bos188 operates a three-tier VIP programme to reward loyal members of the platform. The three tiers are Bronze, Silver and Gold, each offering a different weekly cashback rate based on the level of account activity.

• Bronze tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold tier — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

VIP tier progression depends on a user's ongoing betting activity. bos188 reserves the right to review or adjust a user's VIP tier based on recent account activity. Cashback benefits are credited to the user's account on a weekly schedule set by the platform.

Users of the bos188 platform are fully responsible for ensuring that their use complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. bos188 does not provide legal advice regarding the status of online gambling in any jurisdiction.

Users are also responsible for:

• Keeping login details confidential and not sharing passwords with any party.
• Ensuring that no underage individuals can access their account.
• Setting personal betting limits and betting within their own financial means.
• Reporting promptly any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to their account.
• Ensuring that all information submitted to bos188 is truthful and current.

bos188 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:

• The user breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering or game manipulation.
• The user provides false or misleading registration information.
• The account is found to be owned or used by an individual under the age of 21.
• There is suspicious or unusual betting activity inconsistent with normal usage patterns.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the bos188 support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

bos188 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or the outcome of any bet. The platform may experience technical disruptions from time to time that are beyond bos188's control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bos188 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including internet failure or third-party issues.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or decisions made by users based on information obtained from the platform.

bos188 reserves the right to modify, add or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the bos188 website or by email to the registered address.

Your continued use of the bos188 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your automatic acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of those amendments.

bos188 operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authority. All disputes arising from or relating to the use of the bos188 platform must first be resolved through bos188's internal dispute resolution process.
